The American Brain Coalition (ABC) is a nonprofit organization comprising many of the United States’ leading patient advocacy and voluntary health organizations, as well as professional neurological, psychological, and psychiatric associations. We also enjoy the support of a small number of publicly-traded corporations that actively engage in brain-related research. Together, we seek to advance the understanding of brain functions and reduce the burden of brain disorders through public education, engagement and advocacy with the Congress, the administration, and the general public.
