Alzheimers North Carolina

Originally founded at Duke University in the early 80’s, Alzheimers North Carolina (AlzNC)—“here for you today and tomorrow”—is a 501©3 nonprofit, incorporated in the State of North Carolina to provide information, education, individual and family services and research funding for a cure, prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. For more than 30 years, assistance has been provided to individuals with dementia, their families and professional caregivers through an 800 Helpline, support groups, educational conferences and workshops, counseling, emergency respite, newsletters and web site at www.alznc.org/.
