The Eden Alternative is a global, non-profit 501(c)3 organization and care philosophy dedicated to transforming traditional, institutional senior living environments into vibrant, human-centered “habitats.” Founded in the early 1990s,  its philosophy and approach to aging and care seeks to improve the lives of older adults by transforming care environments into places where people can continue to grow, contribute, and experience purpose.
